Payment
Payment can be made via our website with PayPal. Please note that a PayPal account is not required when making a purchase.
Returns
We do our best to check each order before they get packaged and sent. In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged or faulty in anyway please contact us within two working days of receiving your order. We will do our best to ensure you receive a favourable outcome.
We are unable to offer a refund on items that are not faulty or damaged, but will happily exchange or offer a store credit. The item must be unworn and have original tags attached and returned within 14 days from date of purchase. Buyer will need to cover shipping costs to return the item
Sorry but we do not offer refunds on hot air balloon mobiles as they are fully customised for you.
